After much prayer, the below links have been placed for you to learn all you can about effective evangelism and misisons. Though there are many movements out there, we have selected only a few that we could post. Below are some resources and sermons to assist you.
If you are reading this, you may have asked
or may still be asking what is going on in the world. It is sad to say we
cannot get a good understanding of Christianity by looking at North America. We
have taken the gospel and watered it down, changed it and marketed it as if it
were a business. This is evident through the Christian music industry,
Christian conferences, building of mega churches and so forth. Granted that all
these things are not necessarily bad, and they do serve a purpose in
Christianity to some degree, but we cannot excuse the fact that we are missing
the big picture. I am reminded of John 10:16, where Jesus Said " And I have
other sheep that are not of this fold. I must bring them also, and they will
listen to my voice. So there will be one flock, one shepherd. Also,
Matthew 24:14 where Jesus said,
14And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a
witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come
You see have a responsibility to preach
the Word and see the Word preached, we also need to look around the world to
see what is taking place. This journey should be done by all. We pray that you
take time here and there to visit the links below.
"...The chief
end of all mission work is the Glory of God. Our greatest concern is that His
Name be great among the nations, from the rising to the setting of the sun
(Malachi 1:11), and that the Lamb who was slain might receive the full reward
for His sufferings (Revelation 7:9-10). We find our great purpose and
motivation not in man or his needs, but in God, His commitment to His own
glory, and our God-given desire to see Him worshipped in every nation, tribe,
people, and language. We find our great confidence not in the Church’s ability
to fulfill the Great Commission, but in God’s unlimited and unhindered power to
accomplish all He has decreed.... (Taken from Heart Cry About Us Page)"

"Joshua Project is a
research initiative seeking to highlight the ethnic people groups of the world
with the least followers of Christ. The mission of Joshua Project is to help
bring definition to the unfinished task of the Great Commission by identifying
and highlighting the people groups of the world that have the least exposure to
the Gospel and the least Christian presence in their midst. Joshua Project's
heartbeat is "to spread a passion for the supremacy of GOD in all things
for the joy of all peoples through Jesus Christ" (borrowed from Bethlehem Baptist Church.)..."
